Professional Background
As a Texas Licensed Professional Home Inspector (TREC #27108-PI), I bring more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit residential construction. This extensive background has provided me with a strong foundation in residential building practices, construction quality, and the systems and components that make up a home. I apply this hands-on experience to every inspection, providing clients with thorough, objective, and practical insight into the condition of their property.
My experience also includes extensive knowledge of roofing and plumbing, including roof installation, residential plumbing systems, and how those systems function together within a home.
